Lead To Excel, USA provides structured, engaging, and culturally responsive leadership-development programs for young people ages 15–21.

Through interactive instruction, real-world experiences, mentorship, civic engagement, and public-speaking opportunities, participants build the confidence and practical skills needed to succeed in school, the workplace, their communities, and life.

Programs are available in comprehensive 12-session and condensed 6-session formats. Each curriculum may be tailored to reflect the priorities, population, and desired outcomes of the sponsoring institution or community.

A Program With a Purpose

  • Every participant completes a final Call to Action presentation focused on an issue of personal or community importance.
  • Students identify a challenge, examine its causes, consider possible solutions, and present a thoughtful recommendation before an invited audience.
  • The Call to Action experience allows students to demonstrate what they have learned while strengthening their confidence, research abilities, public-speaking skills, and commitment to community leadership.

Our goal is not simply to teach leadership. Our goal is to help young people recognize that they already have the ability to lead—and then provide the tools, guidance, and experiences needed to strengthen that ability.

Leadership Development
  • Participants explore leadership styles, personal values, ethical decision-making, accountability, teamwork, and the responsibilities of effective leaders.
Civic Engagement
  • Students learn how government, public institutions, and community organizations operate. They also examine how young people can participate constructively in civic life.
Advocacy & Community Engagement
  • Participants identify issues that matter to them, conduct research, develop potential solutions, and communicate their recommendations.
Financial Literacy
  • Students are introduced to practical financial concepts, including budgeting, saving, credit, banking, responsible spending, and long-term financial planning.
Technology and Artificial Intelligence (Ai)
  • Young people learn how to use emerging technology and artificial intelligence responsibly, creatively, ethically, and productively.
Public Speaking and Communication
  • Participants strengthen their presentation, listening, interpersonal communication, storytelling, and audience-engagement skills.
